Freakin' Weaker! The Mariners get 2 runs in the top of the first with Lopez doubling in Bradley and Wilson doubling in Lopez. It looks promising, like we could take this one from the Rangers.
But then again, Ian Snell is pitching. Any remote outside chance of him receiving half of a vote Cy Young was completely dashed by the 6 run second. It didn't help that his potential replacement, Luke French gave up for of his own. What away to deflate an offense.
PLAYER OF THE GAME:
Josh Wilson, the best hitting shortstop we've had since Carlos Guillen.
